When a cheating scandal threatens the hard-won success of a community service club, each individual must confront their own sense of integrity as they wrestle with how to proceed. Is there ever a cause so worthy that it is okay to cheat? If those who had nothing to do with the cheating will also be hurt by revealing the truth, is it okay to keep a secret? Is it better to be a loyal friend or an honest one? TRUE TO YOU is less concerned with the answers to these questions and more concerned with how each of us arrives at those answers. How do we understand this complex and often vague idea of integrity, and what does ‘being true to yourself’ really mean?
